摘要:
目的:探讨影响甘肃中医药师承教育工作的主要因素,为进一步做好师承教育管理工作提供有针对性的干预措施,为管理者制定决策提供数据支持。方法:以甘肃省五批中医药师承教育继承人为调查对象,采用统一编制的调查问卷回顾性调查甘肃师承教育的相关情况,应用logistic回归法筛选主要影响因素。结果:影响因素分析显示,每周带教时间小于12小时(OR=1.94;95% CI:1.13~3.32)、与日常工作有冲突(OR=1.32;95%CI:1.03~1.69)、学习积极性较差(OR=2.26;95%CI:1.15~4.45)、更改专业方向(OR=1.53;95% CI:1.21~1.94)、师承教育管理制度不完善(OR=3.10;95%CI:2.18~4.39)、对师承教育工作不重视(OR=2.29;95%CI:1.30~4.06)、缺乏师承教育激励机制(OR=1.33;95%CI:1.09~1.62)为甘肃中医药专家学术经验继承工作的影响因素。结论:带教时间短、学习积极性差、师承教育制度不完善、缺乏激励机制等是影响甘肃中医药师承教育工作可持续发展的重要因素,相应的对策应尽早制定并实施。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide the corresponding intervention measures for doing the work of succession education and management and provide data support for the controller making the decisions by discussing the main factors affecting the work of Gansu TCM expert succession education. Methods: Five batches of TCM succession education successor from Gansu province were chosen as the respondents, the related conditions of Gansu succession education were retrospectively investigated by the uniform questionnaires, the main influencing factors were selected by applying Logistic regression method. Results: The analysis of the influencing factors showed that the teaching time each week less than 12 hours (OR=1.94; 95% CI: 1.13~3.32), a clash in daily work (OR=1.32; 95% CI: 1.03~1.69), poorer learning initiative (OR=2.26; 95% CI: 1.15~4.45), major field alteration (OR=1.53; 95% CI: 1.21~1.94), incomplete management system of succession education (OR=3.10; 95% CI: 2.18~4.39), the indifference to succession education work (OR=2.29; 95% CI: 1.30~4.06) and lack of succession education incentive mechanism (OR=1.33; 95% CI: 1.09~1.62) were the influencing factors of Gansu TCM expert academic experience succession work. Conclusion: Short teaching time, poor learning initiative, incomplete succession education system, lack of initiative mechanism and others are the important factors of affecting sustainable development of Gansu TCM succession education work, simultaneously, the corresponding strategies should be established earlier and carried out.
