摘要:
目的：基于中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)软件分析防治髋、膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成(DVT)中药处方的用药规律。方法：通过中国知网、重庆维普、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中收集自建库至2016年防治髋、膝关节置换术深静脉血栓形成的中药处方，采用关联规则算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法，分析处方中各种药物的使用频次、药物之间的关联规则、核心药物组合和新处方。结果：对筛选出的67个中药处方进行分析，确定处方中药物的使用频次，药物之间的关联规则，挖掘出30个核心组合和6首新处方。结论：防治髋、膝关节置换术后DVT的方药以桃红四物汤、补阳还五汤为基础方，以益气活血药为主。该研究结果对防治髋、膝关节置换术后DVT的组方用药规律具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the medication rules of herbal prescriptions for preventing deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of the patients after hip and knee arthroplasty based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS). Methods: Herbal prescriptions of preventing DVT after hip and knee arthroplasty were collected in CNKI, ChongQing VIP, WanFang database and CBM from the day of building database to 2016, association rule algorithm and complex system entropy clustering were adopted to analyze frequency of usage of the herbs in the prescriptions, association rules of the drugs, core drug combination and new prescriptions. Results: All 67 screened herbal prescriptions were analyzed to ensure the frequency of usage of the herbs in the prescriptions and association rules among the herbs, 30 core drug combinations and six new prescriptions were unearthed. Conclusion: TaoHong SiWu decoction and BuYang HuanWu decoction are chosen as the basic prescription for preventing DVT after hip and knee arthroplasty and the drugs of Qi-nourishing and blood-activating as the main ones. The results of the study possess certain guidance and reference value to the rules of herbal formation and the medication rules for preventing DVT after hip and knee arthroplasty.
