摘要:
目的：观察以前列腺汤辨证论治前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将94例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各47例。对照组给予前列康治疗，观察组给予前列腺汤辨证论治，2组均连续治疗6周。比较2组前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)积分(疼痛、排尿、生活质量)、常规积分(白细胞、卵磷脂小体)及临床疗效。结果：白细胞、卵磷脂小体等常规积分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。疼痛、排尿、生活质量积分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为97.87%，对照组为78.72%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：以前列腺汤辨证论治前列腺炎临床疗效显著，能有效缓解患者疼痛、排尿困难等症状，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of QianLieXian decoction in treating prostatitis based on syndrome differentiation and treatment. Methods: All 94 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 47 cases each group. The control group were treated by conprata pulean while the observation group were given QianLieXian decoction based on syndrome differentiation and treatment, both groups were treated for six weeks consecutively. Clinical effects, conventional integrals (leukocyte and lecithin body) and the symptom indexes scores (pain, urinating and quality of life) of prostatitis of both groups were compared. Results: The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of conventional integrals including leukocyte and lecithin body within two groups between before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference presented statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of the scores of pain, urinating and quality of life within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 97.87%, higher than 78.72% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: QianLieXian decoction could obtain notable effects in treating prostatitis based on syndrome differentiation and treatment, it could effectively relieve the pain, dysuria and other symptoms of the patients, and raise quality of life.
