通过SWOT分析，即在优势、劣势、机遇和挑战等方面，探讨儿科护理实训教学中实施高仿真模拟人情景教学的机遇与挑战，分析其优势、劣势，并提出相应的解决对策，为儿科护理实训教学提供借鉴与指导。
- Abstract:

The opportunities and the challenges of implementing high simulated situation teaching in practical teaching of pediatric nursing were discussed by SWOT analysis, which contained strength, weakness, opportunity, threat and others, the advantages and the disadvantages were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were raised to provide the reference and guidance for practical teaching of pediatric nursing.
