目的:了解医学生人文素质教育态度及参与情况,分析其影响因素,为端正医学生人文素质教育态度,提高医学生人文素质教育参与率提出可行建议。方法:以问卷调查形式,随机整群分层抽取某校1 146名医学生,对其人文素质教育态度及参与行为进行调查,采用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行χ2检验。结果:1)人文素质教育态度:80.2%的医学生认为有必要加强医学生人文素质教育,11.8%的医学生认为没必要,8.0%的医学生觉得无所谓。其中,性别、是否独生子女、是否记得医学生誓词、是否听说过人文相关概念、是否能正确认识人文知识和医学教育的关系及对自身人文素养的评价与人文素质教育态度相关(P<0.05)。2)课外人文素质教育参与情况:参与调查的大学生中,82.6%的医学生表示自己参加过社团活动,28.1%的医学生参加过课外人文类比赛,67.4%的医学生借阅过人文书籍。结论:医学生人文素质教育态度较好,但缺乏实际行动,应普及医学人文基础知识,引导医学生正确认识自身人文素养的不足,发挥好教师的桥梁作用,保障医学生人文素质教育参与行为。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide feasible suggestions for correcting medical students' attitude and increasing participation in humanistic quality education by surveying their participation conditions and analyzing the influencing factors. Methods: A total of 1146 students from a college were chosen by random cluster stratification, their attitude and participation in humanistic quality education were surveyed through the form of questionnaire, the obtained data were performed χ2-test by SPSS 17.0 software. Results: 1) the attitude to humanistic quality education: 80.2% of medical students thought that it's necessary to enhance medical students' humanistic quality education, 11.8% of medical students thought that it's unnecessary, and 8.0% of medical students had the indifferent attitudes. Among them, gender, whether they were the only child, whether they remembered the medical students' oath, whether they have heard of humanistic related concepts, whether they could correctly know the relation between humanistic knowledge and medical education, and the evaluation of individual humanistic attainments were related to their attitude to humanistic quality education (P<0.05). 2) Participation of extracurricular humanistic quality education:among the students who participated the survey, 82.6% of medical students have participated in association activity, 28.1% have participated in extracurricular humanistic competitions, and 67.4% had borrowed humanistic books. Conclusion: Medical students' attitude to humanistic quality education is better, while lack of practical action, we should popularize basic knowledge of medical humanities, guide students correctly understanding their shortcoming of humanistic attainments, play a role of teacher as a bridge and guarantee medical students' participation in humanistic quality education.
