摘要:
目的：观察关节镜清理术联合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为2组，每组40例。观察组采用关节镜清理术联合中药熏洗治疗，对照组采用单纯关节镜清理术治疗。观察2组VAS评分，Lysholm膝关节功能评分和临床疗效。结果：VAS评分及Lysholm评分，治疗前后组内比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组复发3膝，对照组复发11膝，观察组的复发病例少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：关节镜清理术联合中药熏洗治疗KOA，能有效缓解疼痛、改善膝关节功能，具有较好的疗效。
Abstract:
Objective：To survey clinical effects of arthroscopic debridement combined with herbal fumigation in treating knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: Eighty patients were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly, 40 cases each group. The observation group adopted arthroscopic debridement combined with herbal fumigation, while the control group used arthroscopic debridement only. VAS scores, Lysholm knee joint functional scores and clinical effects of both groups were observed. Results: The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of VAS scores and Lysholm scores within two groups before and after treating (P<0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P<0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in clinical effects (P<0.05). There were three knees relapsing in the observation group and 11 knees in the control group, the observation group was less than the control group in the number of the relapsed cases(P<0.05). Conclusion: Arthroscopic debridement combined with herbal fumigation in treating KOA could effectively relieve the pain and improve knee joint function, which could obtain notable effects.
