摘要:
目的：观察虎藤组方对无症状高尿酸血症患者胰岛素抵抗的影响及机制。方法：将124例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各62例。对照组仅采用低嘌呤饮食干预，观察组同时口服虎藤组方煎剂，1剂/d，水煎分服，干预14天。观察治疗前后2组空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)及血清白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)等指标。结果：治疗后与治疗前比较，观察组FPG、IL-1β、UA、TG、FINS及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；TC及LDL降低，HDL升高，但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；对照组FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、IL-1β、UA、LDL、TG、TC等指标均下降，HDL升高，但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。治疗后与对照组比较，观察组FPG、IL-1β、UA、TG、FINS及HOMA-IR降低明显，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；TC及LDL降低，HDL升高，但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：虎藤组方可能通过降低血尿酸及白细胞介素1β，改善胰岛素抵抗，从而降低空腹血糖及胰岛素。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of HuTeng medicinal formula on insulin resistance of the patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia and its mechanism. Methods: All 124 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 62 cases each group. The control group were intervened by low purine diet only, and the observation group took the decoction of HuTeng medicinal formula, one dose each day, water decocted, for 14 days consecutively. To observe the indexes including interleukin-1β(IL-1β), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), uric acid (UA), fasting insulin (FINS) and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) before and after treating. Results: FPG, IL-1β, UA, TG, FINS and HOMA-IR of the observation group decreased after treating compared with before treating, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05); TC and LDL decreased, while HDL rose, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P＞0.05); the indexes of FPG, FINS, HOMA-IR, IL-1β, UA, LDL, TG, TC and others lowered in the control group, while HDL rose, and the difference showed no statistical meaning(P＞0.05). The indexes of FPG, IL-1β, UA, TG, FINS and HOMA-IR of the observation group reduced obviously after treating when compared with the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05); TC and LDL decreased, while HDL rose, the difference had no statistical meaning(P＞0.05). Conclusion: HuTeng medicinal formula could decrease FPG and FINS by lowering UA, IL-1β and improving IR.
