摘要:
目的：观察穴位注射联合针刺治疗中风后足内翻的临床疗效。方法：将86例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。对照组采用针刺治疗，观察组同时给予大株红景天注射液穴位注射治疗。比较2组治疗前后临床疗效、下肢功能及足内翻积分。结果：总有效率观察组为95.3%，对照组为69.8%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。下肢运动功能积分、足内翻积分，治疗前后2组组内比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：穴位注射联合针刺治疗中风后足内翻可有效改善患者下肢运动功能，疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of acupoint injection and acupuncture in treating strephenopodia after stroke. Methods: All 86 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 43 cases each group. The control group used needling, and the observation group adopted acupoint injection of DaZhu HongJingTian (Rhodiola rosea L.). Clinical effects, the scores of lower limb function and strephenopodia were compared between both groups before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.3%, higher than 69.8% of the control group, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the scores of lower limb function and strephenopodia before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint injection and acupuncture in treating strephenopodia after stroke could effectively improve the function of lower limb function of the patients, and they show good effects.
