摘要:
目的：观察消肿止痛方熏洗治疗桡骨远端C2、C3型骨折的临床疗效。方法：将179例患者随机分为观察组89例和对照组90例， 2组均行掌侧入路手术治疗，术后给予常规治疗，观察组术后同时给予消肿止痛方熏洗治疗，比较2组消肿时间、骨折临床愈合时间、术后1天和术后7天疼痛情况及术后3个月时腕关节功能。结果：消肿时间和临床愈合时间观察组均短于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。疼痛评分术后1天2组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；术后7天2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。腕关节功能优良率观察组为93.26%，对照组为76.67%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：消肿止痛方熏洗治疗桡骨远端C2、C3型骨折，可促进水肿消退，促进骨折愈合，减轻疼痛，改善腕关节功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of XiaoZhong ZhiTong prescription fumigation in treating Barton fracture. Methods: All 179 patients were randomized into the observation group (89 cases) and the control group (90 cases). Both groups performed palmar approach treatment, and accepted conventional treatment after the operation. The observation group were given XiaoZhong ZhiTong prescription fumigation after the operation simultaneously, wrist joint function in three months after the operation, pain conditions in one day and seven days after the operation, clinical healing time of bone fracture and the detumescence time were compared between both groups. Results: The observation group was shorter than the control group in the detumescence time and clinical healing time, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of pain scores in one day after the operation between both groups (P＞0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups in seven days after the operation (P＜0.05). The excellent rate of wrist joint function in the observation group was 93.26%, higher than 76.67% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: XiaoZhong ZhiTong prescription fumigation in treating C2 and C3 typed radial fracture could promote the vanishing of edema, the healing of bone fracture, relieve the pain and improve wrist joint function.
