摘要:
目的：观察仙灵骨葆胶囊联合金天格胶囊治疗股骨干骨折患者骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法：将老年股骨干骨折合并骨质疏松症患者80例按照随机数字表法分为2组各40例，对照组使用金天格胶囊，观察组在对照组基础上联合使用仙灵骨葆胶囊，2组均连续治疗6周为1个疗程，比较术后2周2组患者骨折间隙及术后骨折愈合时间、干预前后骨密度及骨降钙素水平变化情况及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组术后2周骨折间隙小于对照组(P＜0.05)，骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)；干预前2组患者骨密度、骨降钙素水平均低于正常，干预后观察组骨密度、骨降钙素水平高于干预前及干预后对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组发生术后股骨干再次骨折、骨不连及畸形愈合比例低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：仙灵骨葆胶囊联合金天格胶囊能有效促进老年骨质疏松合并股骨干骨折患者骨折愈合情况，减少骨不连及畸形愈合比例。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of XianLing GuBao capsules combined with JinTianGe capsules in treating femoral shaft fracture and osteoporosis. Methods: Eighty patients suffering senile femoral shaft fracture accompanying osteoporosis were allocated to two groups according to random number table method, 40 cases each group. The control group used JinTianGe capsules, and the observation group took XianLing GuBao capsules on the foundation of JinTianGe capsules, both groups were treated for six weeks consecutively, and six weeks were one course, the incidence of the complications, the levels of bone calcitonin and bone density before and after the intervention, healing time of postoperative bone fracture and fracture space of both groups were compared in two weeks after the surgery. Results: The observation group was less than the control group in the fracture space in two weeks after the operation (P＜0.05), shorter than the control group in the healing time of bone fracture after the surgery(P＜0.05); before the intervention, the levels of bone density and bone calcitonin of both groups were lower than normal level, after the intervention, the levels of bone density and bone calcitonin of the observation group were higher than these before intervention and the control group after the intervention (P＜0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in the ratio of the incidence of femoral shaft fracture, nonunion and malunion after the operation(P＜0.05). Conclusion: XianLing GuBao capsules combined with JinTianGe capsules could effectively promote the healing of bone fracture of the patients suffering senile osteoporosis and femoral shaft fracture effectively, and reduce the ratio of nonunion and malunion.
