摘要:
目的:从网络药理学角度解释盆炎合剂治疗慢性盆腔炎的作用机制。方法:运用TCMSP数据库的检索功能,查找4味中药的化学成分,利用Drug Bank数据库检索作用靶点,构建药物-成分-靶点数据库;在PubMed Gene数据库中检索疾病相关基因,通过Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)数据库对获取的靶点进行相关通路分析,利用Cytoscape软件构建盆炎合剂的“化合物、靶点、通路、疾病”网络图。结果:获得盆炎合剂中有效成分17种,相关作用靶点8个,涉及9条信号通路。结论:盆炎合剂主要通过抗炎,结缔组织生成,调控免疫系统,调节机体内分泌的相关靶点和通路,起到治疗慢性盆腔炎的作用。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the mechanism of clinical empirical prescription PenYan mixture in the treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (CPID) from the angles of network pharmacology. Methods: Using search function of TCMSP data base, chemical ingredients of four herbs were sought, drug target was searched using Drug Bank data base to construct medicine-ingredients-target data base; disease-related genes were retrieved from PubMed Gene data base, the related pathway of the obtained targets were analyzed using Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) data base, network diagram including compound, target, pathway and disease of PenYan mixture was constructed using Cytoscape software. Results: A total of 17 active ingredients were obtained from Penyan mixture, eight related action targets and nine signalling pathways were involved. Conclusion:PenYan Mixture could play the effects of treating CPID through anti-inflammation, generating connective tissue, regulating immune system, endocrine-related targets and pathway of the body.
