摘要:
目的:在苗药水冬瓜根皮地方标准基础上,提升其质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法,以紫丁香苷为指标性成分进行定性鉴别;通过溶剂筛选,以水及不同浓度乙醇作为浸出溶剂,并结合冷浸法、热浸法等方法考察,确定不同产地水冬瓜根皮药材浸出物检查方法并对浸出物含量进行检测;采用2015年版《中国药典》方法对水冬瓜根皮药材进行水分含量测定与灰分含量测定。结果:16批水冬瓜根皮药材,水分不得超过12.0%;总灰分不得超过7.0%;浸出物测定采用水为溶剂,以冷浸法进行测定,所得浸出物不得低于16.0%;建立的薄层色谱中紫丁香苷斑点清晰,分离度好,易于识别。结论:本研究建立的水冬瓜根皮药材质量标准研究方法可行,专属性强,重复性好,能有效控制该药材的质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To raise quality standard for Miao medicine ShuiDongGua GenPi (Toricellia angulata Olinv.) on the foundation of local standard of ShuiDongGua GenPi. Methods: Using TLC, syringoside was taken as the index component and identified qualitatively; using solvent screening, water and different concentrations of ethanol were chosen as the leaching solvents, combined with cold maceration and hot maceration methods, the examination methods for the extracts from ShuiDongGua GenPi from different producing areas were ensured and investigated, and the contents of the extracts were detected; using the method of Chinese pharmacopoeia of 2015 version, the contents of moisture and ash were measured. Results: Among 16 batches of the herbs, moisture contents were not more than 12.0%; total ash was not more than 7.0%; the determination of the extract adopted water based solvent in the cold maceration method, the obtained extract was not less than 16.0%; TLC spots of syringoside were clear with high resolution and easy to identify. Conclusion: The method of quality standard for ShuiDongGua GenPi established in the study is feasible, specific and reproducible, and it could control the quality of the herb.
