摘要:
目的：观察银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法：将急性脑梗死患者112例随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组采用舒血宁注射液治疗，研究组采用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗，比较2组患者治疗前后血清神经烯醇化酶(NSE)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、生活质量、智能、日常生活能力及临床疗效。结果：治疗后，研究组患者血清NSE、hs-CRP浓度低于对照组(P＜0.01)，生活质量、MMSE评分及总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.01)，ADL评分较对照组降幅更大(P＜0.01)。结论：银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液可有效促进神经功能恢复，总有效率优于舒血宁注射液。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effects of ginkgo biloba diterpene lactone meglumine injection in the treatment for acute cerebral infarction. Methods: All 112 patients were randomized into the experiment group and the control group, the control group adopted ShuXueNing injection, and the experiment group were treated with ginkgo biloba diterpene lactone meglumine injection. To compare clinical effects, daily living ability, intelligence, quality of life, the levels of hs-CRP and NSE of the patients before and after treating. Results: After treating, the experiment group was lower than the control group in the concentrations of NSE and hs-CRP(P＜0.01), higher than the control group in quality of life, MMSE scores and total effective rate (P＜0.01), greater than the control group in the decrease of ADL scores (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba diterpene lactone meglumine injection could effectively promote the recovery of neurological function, and total effective rate superior to ShuXueNing injection.
