摘要:
目的：观察隔姜灸及耳穴压豆防治癌症患者化疗后恶心、呕吐的临床疗效。方法：将行以铂类为基础的化疗方案的80例癌症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组给予心理护理、饮食护理等一般护理，配合音乐疗法；观察组在此基础上给予隔姜灸及耳穴压豆。结果：观察组恶心、呕吐0级5例，占12.5%，1级10例，占25%，2级20例，占50%，3级5例，占12.5%；对照组恶心、呕吐0级2例，占5%，1级18例，占45%，2级17例，占12.5%，3级3例，占12.5%。2组恶心、呕吐程度比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：隔姜灸联合耳穴压豆可明显缓解化疗后恶心呕吐症状。
Abstract:
Objective：To observe clinical effects of moxibustion on ginger and auricular pressure in the treatment for nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy. Methods: Eighty patients who accepted platinum-based chemotherapy regimen were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, the control group received general care including psychological care, dietary care and others, joined with music therapy; the observation group were given moxibustion on ginger and auricular pressure. Results: In the observation group, five cases were graded at zero and held 12.5%, ten cases at one and 25%, 20 cases at two and 50%, five cases at three and 12.5%; in the control group, two cases at zero and 5%, 18 cases at one and 45%, 17 cases at two and 12.5%, 3 cases at three and 12.5%. The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the degrees of nausea and vomiting between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Moxibustion on ginger and auricular pressure could relieve nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy.
