摘要:
目的:探讨跨理论模型干预应用于癫痫患儿中对其自尊水平及心理情绪的影响。方法:选取徐州市儿童医院于2015年4月至2016年4月收治后给予常规干预的癫痫患儿64例作为对照组,再选取于2016年5月至2017年5月收治在常规干预基础上实施基于跨理论模型干预的癫痫患儿64例作为观察组。比较2组护理前以及护理3个月后患儿自尊水平和心理情绪的变化情况。结果:护理前,2组患儿自尊水平和心理情绪相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理3个月后,观察组自尊水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心理情绪优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对癫痫患儿实施基于跨理论模型干预有助于提升患儿自尊水平,改善其心理情绪。
Abstract:
Objective:To discuss the influence of transtheoretical model intervention on self-esteem level and psychological emotions of children with epilepsy. Methods: All 64 children with epilepsy admitted from April, 2015 to April, 2016 who accepted conventional intervention were chosen as the control group, another 64 children admitted from May, 2016 to May, 2017 who accepted conventional intervention and the intervention based on transtheoretical model were chosen as the observation group. To compare self-esteem level and psychological emotions of the children before nursing and in three months after nursing between both groups. Results: Before nursing, the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of self-esteem level and psychological emotions between both groups (P>0.05). In three months after nursing, the observation group was higher than the control group in self-esteem level, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05); the observation group was superior to the control group in psychological emotions, and the difference presented statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention based on transtheoretical model for the children with epilepsy is helpful to lift self-esteem level and improve psychological emotions.
