摘要:
目的：观察个体化饮食护理对复发性口腔溃疡患者病变组织愈合速度及生活质量的影响。方法：将89例患者随机分为2组。对照组42例给予常规护理，观察组47例给予个体化饮食护理，观察2组干预质量、病变组织愈合速度及生活质量的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为95.7%，对照组为73.8%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。愈合时间2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。生活质量评分干预前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在对复发性口腔溃疡患者进行护理时，通过施予个体化饮食护理可促使其转归。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the influence of individualized dietary care on quality of life and the healing speed of pathological tissue of the patients suffering recurrent oral ulcer (ROU). Methods: A total of 89 patients were randomized into two groups, 42 cases of the control group were given conventional intervention, while 47 cases of the observation group individualized dietary care, to observe the quality of the intervention, healing speed of pathological tissue and quality of life between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.7%, higher than 73.8% of the control group, and the difference was significant (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of healing time between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference could be found in the scores of quality of life within two groups before and after the intervention(P＜0.05), the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after the intervention(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Individualized dietary care for ROU patients could promote the prognosis of the disease.
