摘要:
从生物药剂学与药物动力学实验课的现状和问题、PBL教学法与LBL教学法的设计和实施、PBL教学法与LBL教学法的结果和评价3方面入手探讨基于生物药剂学与药物动力学实验的PBL与LBL教学法各自的优势与不足,指出应突破传统的LBL教学模式,积极尝试PBL教学模式,并结合实际情况探索设计了PBL和LBL教学法的实验,以期为实验教学改革提供借鉴。
Abstract:
The paper is discussing the advantages and the disadvantages of problem-based learning (PBL) and lecture-based learning(LBL) based on biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics experiment from three aspects: current state and the problems existed in the classes of biological pharmacy and pharmacokinetics experiment, the design and implementation of PBL and LBL teaching methods, the results and assessment of PBL and LBL teaching methods, it is pointed out that traditional LBL teaching mode should be broken and PBL teaching mode should be positively tried, the experiments of PBL and LBL teaching method are explored to design combined with practical conditions, in the wish of providing the reference for experimental teaching reform.
