摘要:
目的：探究2015—2016年某医院抗菌药物使用情况及对院内感染发生率的影响。方法：选取2015年1月至2015年12月来某医院接受疾病治疗的158例患者作为对照组不进行抗菌药物使用管理举措；将2016年1月至2016年12月来医院接受疾病治疗的158例患者作为研究组施行抗菌药物使用管理举措；对2组患者治疗期间使用抗菌类药物规范度、具体使用情况、院内感染率、用药目的及联合用药情况进行分析。结果：研究组患者用药不规范状况低于对照组(P＜0.05)；研究组平均抗菌药物使用费用、平均住院时间、用药品种、平均用药时间均优于对照组(P＜0.05)；对照组院内感染率高于研究组（P＜0.05）；对照组预防用药比例、二联用药比例、多联用药比例均高于研究组，治疗用药比例及单用比例均低于研究组（P＜0.05）。结论：规范抗菌药物使用对院内感染的控制具有良好效果，有利于提升医院医药服务水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the use of antibacterials in a hospital from 2015 to 2016 and its effects on the incidence of nosocomial infection. Methods: All 158 patients who visited a hospital from January, 2015 to December, 2015 were selected as the control group, they didn′t use antibacterials management measures; 158 patients who visited the hospital from January, 2016 to December, 2016 were chosen as the study group, they were given antibacterials management measures. To analyze and compare the standardized degrees of using antibacterials, the concrete use, nosocomial infection rate, medication aims and the conditions of combination use in both groups during therapeutic period. Results: The study group was lower than the control group in irregular use of medication (P＜0.05); the study group was superior to the control group in the cost of average antibacterial use, average hospitalization time, the categories of medicine and average administering time (P＜0.05); the control group was higher than the study group in nosocomial infection rate (P＜0.05). The control group was higher than the study group in the ratio of preventive medication, the rate of dual drug use and multiple drug use, lower than the study group in the ratio of medication use and single drug use (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Standardized use of antibacterials shows better effects on controlling nosocomial infection, and it is helpful to improve the service level of hospital service.
