摘要:
目的：观察早期中药退黄外洗方药浴干预新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法：将新生儿100例分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组予常规干预，观察组早期予中药退黄外洗方药浴干预，比较新生儿血清胆红素值、黄疸发生情况、第1次排胎粪时间及胎粪转黄时间。结果：新生儿黄疸发生率对照组为62.0%，观察组为22.0%，观察组低于对照组；观察组第1次排胎粪时间、胎粪转黄时间早于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：早期中药退黄外洗方药浴预防新生儿黄疸效果优于常规干预。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of medicated bath of Tuihuang Waixi prescription in early intervention for neonatal jaundice. Methods: All 100 neonates were allocated to the control group and the observation group, 50 cases each group. The control group accepted conventional intervention, and the observation group medicated bath of TuiHuang WaiXi prescription early, to compare cholinergic value, the incidence of jaundice, the first time of discharging meconium and the time of meconium yellowing. Results: The incidence of neonatal jaundice in the control group was 62.0%, higher than 22.0% of the observation group(P＜0.05), and the observation group was earlier than the control group in the first time of discharging meconium and the time of meconium yellowing, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Early intervention by medicated bath of TuiHuang WaiXi prescription is superior to conventional intervention in the prevention of neonatal jaundice.
