摘要:
目的：观察羌归膝舒丸口服联合膝痛宁熏洗治疗风寒湿阻型膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法：将风寒湿阻型膝关节滑膜炎患者105例随机分为内服组、熏洗组及联合组各35例。内服组口服羌归膝舒丸；熏洗组应用膝痛宁熏洗；联合组口服羌归膝舒丸同时联合膝痛宁方熏洗。应用Lysholm评分及中医证候积分评价治疗效果。结果：总有效率联合组为94.12%，优于内服组的82.80%和熏洗组的85.29%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，熏洗组与内服组疗效相当。治疗后联合组功能评分优于熏洗组与内服组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。联合组Lysholm总评分改善情况优于熏洗组与内服组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：羌归膝舒丸口服联合膝痛宁熏洗治疗风寒湿阻型慢性膝关节滑膜炎疗效优于单纯熏洗与内服治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of oral administration of QiangGui XiShu pills combined with fumigation by XiTongNing in the treatment for chronic synovitis of knee joint of wind-cold-damp blocking pattern. Methods: All 105 patients were randomized into internal administration group, fumigation group and the combination group, 35 cases each group. Internal administration group took QiangGui XiShu pills; fumigation group used XiTongNing; the combination group accepted oral administration of QiangGui XiShu pills combined with fumigation by XiTongNing. Therapeutic effects were assessed using Lysholm scores and TCM syndrome scores. Results: Total effective rate of the combination group was 94.12% superior to 82.80% of internal administration group and 82.29% of fumigation group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05), fumigation group was equivalent to internal administration group in clinical effects, after treating, the combination group was superior to the fumigation group and internal administration group in functional scores after treating, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05). The combination group was superior to fumigation group and internal administration group in the improvements of Lysholm total scores, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Oral administration of QiangGui XiShu pills combined with fumigation by XiTongNing in the treatment for chronic synovitis of knee joint of wind-cold-damp blocking pattern are superior to fumigation group and internal administration group.
