摘要:
目的：探讨电针联合帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛对混合痔患者术后疼痛的影响。方法：将混合痔患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，观察组患者术前30分钟电针承山、长强穴同时静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠40 mg+生理盐水20 mL，对照组患者术前30分钟仅静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠40 mg+生理盐水20 mL。比较2组患者术后24小时止痛药用量、最大疼痛评分、总睡眠时间及术后首次疼痛评分≥4分时间。结果：观察组术后24小时最大疼痛评分、止痛药用量均小于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组术后24小时患者睡眠时间及术后首次感觉疼痛时间均长于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：电针联合帕瑞昔布钠用于混合痔术前超前镇痛，疗效确切，可减少止痛药物用量。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of acusector joined with preemptive analgesia of parecoxib on postoperative pain of the patients with combined hemorrhoids. Methods: One hundred patients were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group, 50 cases each group, the observation group accepted acusector at Chengshan (BL57) and Changqiang (DU1), intravenous dripping of Parecoxib, 40mg, and physiological saline, 20 mL, before the surgery, the control group only intravenous dripping of Parecoxib, 40mg, and physiological saline, 20mL, before the surgery. To compare the dose of acesodyne within 24 hours after the operation, maximum pain scores, total sleeping time and the time of initial pain scores higher than four points after the surgery between both groups. Results: The observation group was smaller than the control group in maximum pain scores within 24 hours after the operation and the dose of acesodyne (P＜0.05), the observation group was longer than the control group in total sleeping time within 24 hours after the operation and the time of initial feeling pain after the operation (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acusector joined with parecoxib could be used for combined hemorrhoids preemptive analgesia.
