摘要:
从病因病机、内治法、外治法及中医综合疗法4方面入手探讨近年来溃疡性结肠炎在中医病因病机及临床治疗方面新的研究成果，指出目前西医治疗溃疡性结肠炎存在疗效不稳定且长期应用副作用大，患者耐受差等；中医药治疗UC具有一定优势，疗效不亚于西药，且不良反应较小，所需费用较少，但也存在诸多问题，应利用现代科学技术，研制出更高效、低毒、方便的剂型，应加强远期疗效的研究及实验动物研究、机制研究以进一步展示中医药治疗UC的广阔前景。
Abstract:
The latest research results of the cause, pathogenesis and clinical therapy of ulcerative colitis (UC) in the recent years were discussed from the cause, pathogenesis, internal therapy, external therapy and TCM comprehensive therapy, it was pointed out that there was no effective measures for UC with Western medicine, and it is characterized by unstable clinical effects, high side effects in long-term application, poor tolerance and others, TCM therapy for UC owns certain advantages, showing better effects, minor adverse reaction and low cost, while many problems still exists. We should utilize modern scientific technology to study more efficient, nontoxic and convenient preparations, we should follow up to enhance the studies on long-term effects, animal research and the mechanism, to further display broad prospect of TCM therapy for UC.
