摘要:
目的：观察耳穴贴压疗法对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能的影响。方法：将100例患者随机分为2组，每组50例，2组均给予西药常规治疗，观察组同时给予耳穴贴压治疗。观察2组患者下床活动时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间及胃肠道反应程度、临床疗效、疼痛评分。结果：下床活动时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间2组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。胃肠道反应程度2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。临床疗效2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。疼痛评分治疗2、6、10、24小时后2组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：将耳穴贴压疗法应用于腹腔镜术后肠胃功能障碍患者，疗效确切，使用安全，能够恢复机体正常生理规律，提高整体疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of auricular acupoints pressing on gastrointestinal function after laparoscopy. Methods: All 100 patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 50 cases each group, both groups were given conventional therapy of Western medicine, the observation group accepted auricular acupoints pressing, to observe pain scores, clinical effects, gastrointestinal reaction, first anal exhaust time, borborygmus recovery time and ambulation time between both groups. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of ambulation time, borborygmus recovery time and first anal exhaust time (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in gastrointestinal reaction (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in clinical effects between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in pain scores between both groups after treating for 2, 6, 10 and 24 hours (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Auricular acupoints pressing could obtain definite effects and use safely, it could promote normal physiological laws of human body and improve overall effects.
