摘要:
刘新教授认为本虚标实是慢性肾功能衰竭的病机关键，本虚主要为脾肾阳虚，标实主要为血瘀和毒浊，采用温阳活血降浊法并应用壮肾排毒方加减治疗，能取得良好效果。
Abstract:
Professor Liu Xin thinks that deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality is the keypoint of the pathogenesis for chronic renal failure(CRF), deficiency in origin principally means Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, excess in superficiality is blood stasis and toxin turbidity, he employs the method of Yang-warming, blood-activating and turbidity-descending and the modified prescription of invigorating kidney and removing the toxin, and obtains better effects.
