摘要:
目的：观察参鹿复律汤配合曲美他嗪对老年缓慢性心律失常的影响。方法：将老年缓慢性心律失常患者122例按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各61例，2组均给予对症治疗，在此基础上对照组给予曲美他嗪治疗，观察组在对照组基础上配合参鹿复律汤治疗。检测2组患者高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)水平以及hs-CRP水平。观察2组患者中医证候积分、心率、血液流变学及临床疗效。结果：治疗后2组患者中医症候积分低于治疗前(P＜0.05)，且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组患者最快心率、最慢心率、平均心率均高于治疗前(P＜0.05)，且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组总有效率为90.2%，高于对照组的75.4%(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组患者全血黏度高切值及低切值、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原低于治疗前(P＜0.05)，且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组患者HDL-C水平高于治疗前(P＜0.05)，且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)，2组TC、LDL-C、TG及hs-CRP水平低于治疗前(P＜0.05)，且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：参鹿复律汤配合曲美他嗪可有效改善老年缓慢性心律失常患者血脂水平和hs-CRP水平，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey the effects of Shenlu Fulyu decoction joined with trimetazidine on senile bradyarrhythmia. Methods: All 122 patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, both groups accepted corresponding therapy, the control group was treated with trimetazidine, the observation group took Shenlu Fulyu decoction on the foundation of trimetazidine. To detect the levels of HDL-C, TC, LDL-C, TG and hs-CRP, and observe clinical effects, hemorheology, heart rate and TCM syndrome scores. Results: After treating, TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treating (P＜0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05); after treating, maximum heart rate, minimal heart rate and average heart rate of both groups were higher than before treating(P＜0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05); total effective rate of the observation group was 90.2%, higher than 75.4% of the control group(P＜0.05); high shear value of whole blood viscosity, low shear value of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of both groups after treating were lower than these before treating (P＜0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05); after treating, the levels of HDL-C of both groups were higher than these before treating (P＜0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05), the levels of TC, LDL-C, TG and hs-CRP of both groups were lower than these before treating(P＜0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Shenlu Fulyu decoction joined with trimetazidine could effectively improve the level of blood lipid and hs-CRP, raise clinical effects of senile patients suffering bradyarrhythmia.
