摘要:
目的:研究吴茱萸碱对动脉粥样硬化大鼠氧化应激和炎症反应的影响。方法:9只大鼠设为空白对照组,27只大鼠构建动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型,分为模型组,吴茱萸碱组及辛伐他汀组。吴茱萸碱组给予吴茱萸碱灌胃处理,辛伐他汀组给予辛伐他汀灌胃治疗,空白对照组及模型组给予等量生理盐水灌胃治疗。称取并比较各组大鼠体质量和心脏质量,计算大鼠心脏指数,采集大鼠血清,检测大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)、活性氧(ROS)水平。结果:动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型心脏指数升高,血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、CRP、MDA、ROS水平升高,HDL-C、SOD、GSH-Px水平下降。吴茱萸碱灌胃处理可以下调动脉粥样硬化大鼠心脏指数,降低血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、CRP、MDA、ROS水平,提高血清中HDL-C、SOD、GSH-Px水平。结论:吴茱萸碱能够明显改善动脉粥样硬化大鼠氧化应激和炎症反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the effects of rutecarpine on oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction of AS rats. Methods: Nine rats were chosen as blank control group, 27 AS rat models were established, and divided into the model group, rute carpine group and simvastatin group, Rutecarpine group were drenched with rutecarpine, simvastatin group with simvastatin, blank control group and the model group with equivalent dose of physiological saline.body mass and heart mass of the rats were weighed, cardiac index of the rats were calculated, after collecting the serum, to detect the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, CRP, SOD, GSH-Px, MDA and ROS of the rats. Results: Cardiac index of AS rats rose, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, CRP, MDA and ROS lifted, while the levels of HDL-C, SOD and GSH-Px lowered. Intragastric administration of rutecarpine could down regulate cardiac index of AS rats, decerase the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, CRP, MDA and ROS, increase the levels of HDL-C, SOD and GSH-Px. Conclusion: Rutecarpine could notably improve oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction of AS rats.
