摘要:
目的：观察三香汤加味治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法：按就诊顺序将132例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组66例。对照组口服莫沙比利，5 mg/次，3次/d。观察组口服加味三香汤，1剂/d，水煎早晚分服。2组均坚持服药8周。观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、SODA评分、情绪变化情况及临床疗效。结果：总有效率观察组为90.91%，对照组为68.18%。总有效率2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。SDS、SAS评分及中医证候积分、腹部胀痛严重程度、非腹部胀痛症状及生活满意度评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：加味三香汤治疗肝郁脾虚型FD患者，可有效改善患者临床症状及不良情绪，提高治疗效率及生存质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of modified Sanxiang decoction in the treatment for functional dyspepsia (FD) of liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern. Methods: According to the visiting order, 132 patients were allocated to two groups, 66 cases each group, the control group took mosapride, 5 mg each time, three times each day. The observation group took modified Sanxiang decoction, one dose each day, taking in the morning and night. Both groups took the medicine for eight weeks. To observe TCM sydnrome scores, SODA scores, emotional changes and clinical effects before and after treating in both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%, higher than 68.18% of the control group, and the difference could be found (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in SDS, SAS, TCM syndrome scores, the severe degrees of abdominal distension and pain, non-abdominal pain symptoms and the scores of life satisfactory degrees within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant beteen both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Modified Sanxiang decoction in the treatment for FD of liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern could impove clinical symptoms and bad moods effectively, raise therapeutic efficiency and survival quality of the patients.
