摘要:
目的:观察加味麻杏石甘汤治疗痰热郁肺型小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将257例患儿根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组157例与对照组100例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予加味麻杏石甘汤治疗,2组均治疗7天。观察2组治疗前后临床疗效,不良反应发生率,临床恢复情况及血清炎症因子水平。结果:总有效率观察组为95.5%,对照组为79.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为2.5%,对照组为15.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺部啰音消失时间、止咳时间、退热时间、住院时间2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清白细胞介素3(IL-3)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味麻杏石甘汤治疗痰热郁肺型小儿肺炎能有效缓解临床症状,提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生,其作用机制可能与减少炎症因子IL-3与CRP的释放有关。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of modified Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment for infantile pneumonia of phlegm-heat stagnating lung pattern. Methods: All 257 children were allocated to 157 cases of the observation group and 100 cases of the control group according to different therapeutic methods, the control group accepted conventional Western medicine, and the observation group were treated with modified Maxing Shigan decoction based on conventional Western medicine, both groups were treated for seven days. To observe curative effects, the incidence of adverse reaction, clinical recovery conditions and the levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treating between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.5%, higher than 79.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 2.5%, lower than 15.0% of the control group, and the difference presented statistical meaning (P<0.05). The difference could be found in the disappearing time of pulmonary rale, the time of stopping cough, the time of abating fever and hospitalization time between both groups (P<0.05). The difference is statistically significant in the levels of IL-3 and CRP within two groups before and after treating (P<0.05); the difference could be found between both groups after treating (P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Maxing Shigan decoction could relieve clinical symptoms, raise therapeutic effects, reduce the incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment for infantile pneumonia of phlegm-heat stagnating lung pattern, and its mechanism might be related to the release of IL-3 and CRP.
