摘要:
目的:观察渐进式规范化岗前培训对新入职护士快速提升临床技能的作用。方法:以2012年7月至2013年6月甘肃省第二人民医院新入职的75名护士为对照组,以2014年7月至2015年6月甘肃省第二人民医院新入职的75名护士为观察组。对照组给予常规岗前培训,观察组在常规岗前培训的基础上,采用渐进式规范化培训方法进行培训。观察2组培训后理论及操作成绩,护理质量,患者满意度评分,科室综合评分情况。结果:理论考试成绩、操作试成绩培训后1个月、3个月、6个月时2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后6个月时与培训后3个月时2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后3个月、6个月时2组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理质量、患者满意度评分、科室综合评分培训后相同时间2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:渐进式规范化岗前培训有助于新入职护士快速提升临床应用技能。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of progressive standaridized pre-job training in rapid promotion of clinical skills of the new inducted nurses. Methods: All 75 nurses who were inducted from July, 2012 to June, 2013 were chosen as the control group, and all 75 nurses who were inducted from July, 2014 to June, 2015 as the observation group, the control group received conventional pre-job training, the observation group adopted progressive standardized pre-job training based on conventional pre-job training. To observe theoretical exam results, operation test results, the patients′ satisfactory degree scores and department general scores between both groups after training. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of theoretical exam results, operation test scores within two groups in three months, six months and one month after the training (P<0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons within two groups in six months and three months after the training (P<0.05); there was a significant difference in the comparisons between both groups in three months and six months after the training (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of nursing quality, satisfaction degree scores of the patients and department general scores at the same time points after training (P<0.05). Conclusion: Progressive standaridized pre-job training is helpful to promote clinical skills of the new inducted nurses rapidly.
