摘要:
目的：观察复方降尿酸方联合别嘌醇片治疗尿酸性肾病Ⅰ～Ⅳ期的临床疗效。方法：将尿酸性肾病Ⅰ～Ⅳ期患者60例随机分为治疗组（中药复方降尿酸方联合别嘌醇片治疗)和对照组（别嘌醇片治疗)各30例。疗程共8周，观察治疗前后两组患者尿β2微球蛋白（beta 2-microglobulin，β2MG）、N-乙酰基-β-D氨基葡糖苷酶（N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase，NAG）、血尿酸（serum uric acid,SUA）、尿素氮（blood urea nitrogen,BUN）、肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)和中医证候积分等变化情况。结果：治疗后治疗组患者SUA、SCr水平与治疗前及对照组治疗后相比差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05)；两组BUN治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05)；治疗组治疗后尿β2MG、NAG下降，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)；治疗组中医证候较治疗前改善（P＜0.01)，且与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01)。结论：复方降尿酸方联合别嘌醇片不仅能改善尿酸性肾病患者的肾功能，而且能改善患者临床证候。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the curative effects of uric acid-reducing prescription and allopurinol tablets in treating the patients suffering uric acid nephropathy atⅠ～Ⅳ stages. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly allocated to the treatment group (uric acid-reducing prescription and allopurinol tablets) and the control group (allopurinol tablets), 30 cases each group. The course was eight weeks, to observe the changes of TCM syndrome scores, SCr, BUN, SUA, NAG and β2MG between both groups before and after treating. Results: The difference had statistical meaning when the treatment group after treating was compared with the treatment group before treating and the control group after treating in the levets of SUA and SCr(P＜0.05); the diffference had no statistical meaning in BUN within two groups before and after treating and between both groups after treating(P＞0.05); urinary β2MG and NAG of the treatment group reduced after treating, the difference showed statistical meaning when it was compared with the control group(P＜0.05); TCM syndromes of the treatment group improved compared with before treating(P＜0.01); the difference was signficant when it was compared with the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Uric acid-reducing prescription and allopurinol tablets could improve renal function of the patients and clinical syndromes.
