摘要:
目的：探讨四子散热敷肾俞对老年原发性高血压患者血压及生活质量的影响。方法：将老年原发性高血压患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片每次5 mg，每日1～2次，或厄贝沙坦片每次0.15 g，每日1次，观察组采用四子散热敷肾俞穴，两组共治疗30天后比较治疗前后患者血压及负性情绪和生活质量。结果：治疗后两组患者收缩压和舒张压均下降，且观察组收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组患者治疗后除躯体疼痛外总体健康情况、精神健康、社会功能、生理机能以及情感职能均改善，且观察组治疗后生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组患者治疗后抑郁和焦虑情况均缓解，且观察组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：四子散热敷肾俞联合临床护理路径能有效控制老年患者血压，缓解抑郁和焦虑等负性情绪，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of Sizi powder fomentation at Shenshu(BL23) on blood pressure and quality of life in the elderly with essential hypertension (EH). Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, the control group took amlodipine besylate tablets, 5mg each time, once to twice each day, or irbesartan tablets, 0.15 g each time, once each day, the observation group accepted Sizi powder fomentation at Shenshu, to compare blood pressure, negative emotions and quality of life before and after treating beween both groups after they were treated for 30 days. Results: After treating, systolic and diastolic pressures of both groups lowered, and the decrease of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). After treating, except somatic pain, total health conditions, mental health, social function, physiological function and emotional function of the patients improved in both groups, and the observation group was higher than the control group in the scores of quality of life after treating, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). After treating, depression and anxiety conditions relieved, the observation group was superior to the control group, and the difference was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Sizi powder fomentation at Shenshu combined with clinical nursing pathway could effectively control blood pressure of the elderly, relieve negative emotions including depression, anxiety and others, and raise quality of life.
