摘要:
目的:建立藏成药萨热十三味鹏鸟丸的质量控制方法。方法:采用显微鉴别法对丁香进行鉴别,采用化学鉴别法对磁石进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定成药中去氢二异丁香酚含量。结果:丁香、磁石的鉴别方法斑点清晰,反应灵敏,阴性无干扰,具有较好的专属性;去氢二异丁香酚在0.041 83~209.1 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为101.27%,RSD为1.35%;结论:所建立的方法定性定量准确,重现性好,可有效控制该藏成药的制剂质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish the method for quality control of Tibetan medicine Sare Shisanwei Pengniao pills. Methods: Microscopic identification was used to distinguish Dingxiang (caryophylli flos), chemical identification to distinguish Cishi (magnetitum), HPLC to measure the contents of dehydrodiisobuterol contained in Tibetan medicine. Results: The identification methods of Dingxiang and Cishi were distinct, sensitive, negative and specific, and the blank test showed no interference; dehydrodiisobuterol presented good linear relationship in the range from 0.041 83 to 209.1 mg/L, average recovery rate was 101.27%, RSD was 1.35%. Conclusion: The method, qualitative, quantitative, accurate and reproducible, could effectively control the quality of Tibetan medicine
