摘要:
目的：建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法同时测定吴茱萸药材中吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱和柠檬苦素含量的方法。方法：采用Inertsil ODS-3（4.6 mm×150 mm，5.0 μm)色谱柱；流动相为甲醇-乙腈- 0.1%磷酸（32∶30∶38）；流速1.0 mL/min；检测波长215 nm。结果：3个成分分离度良好，标准曲线在检测范围内线性关系良好，加样回收率依次为96.87%、99.01%、98.30%。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好、专属性强，可作为吴茱萸的质量控制方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish the methods of determining the contents of evodiamine, rutacarpine and limonin contained in Wuzhuyu (Euodlae fructus) by HPLC simultaneously. Methods: Inertsil ODS-3 (4.6 mm×150 mm，5.0 μm) chromatographic column was adopted; mobile phase: methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (32∶ 30∶ 38); flow rate 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength was 215 nm. Results: Three ingredients showed good resolution, standard curve presented good linear relationship in the detection range, average recovery rates were 96.87%, 99.01% and 98.30% successively. Conclusion: The method, simple, accurate, good repeatability and strong specificity, could be taken as the method of quality control for Wuzhuyu.
