摘要:
目的：总结和分析甘肃省中药材及中药饮片抽检的整体质量情况，为药品的市场监管提供依据和建议。方法：收集和汇总2014—2016年兰州市食品药品检验所检验的14个地、州、市的中药材及中药饮片，采用现行法定检验依据，对整体状况及不合格情况进行统计分析。结果：2014—2016年共完成省监督抽检中药材及中药饮片15个品种1 165批次，不合格159批次，合格率为86.35%。结论：应继续加大对不合格率较高品种的跟踪抽检，持续推进风险预警，进一步统一和完善饮片炮制规范，逐步提升药品监管能力。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide the reference and the suggestions for the supervision of pharmaceutical market by summarizing and analyzing the overall quality conditions of Gansu provincial herbal decoction pieces and Chinese herbs in the random inspection. Methods: Herbal decoction pieces and Chinese herbs from 14 cities of Gansu province were collected from 2014 to 2016 by Lanzhou city institute for food and drug control, and summarized, current legal inspection basis was used to statistically analyze overall conditions and unqualified conditions. Results: Between 2014 and 2016, the random inspection of 15 breeds of herbal decoction pieces and Chinese herbs, all 1 165 batches, have been finished, 159 batches were unqualified, and the passing rate was 86.35%. Conclusion: Sampling inspection of the breed with higher unqualified rate should be followed and enhanced continuously, and risk warning should be sustained to further unify and improve the processing regulations of decoction pieces and gradually lift pharmaceutical supervision capacity.
