摘要:
目的：探讨中药封包联合药物盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊对宫颈癌广泛性子宫切除术后尿潴留的临床应用价值。方法：收集2015年1月至2017年1月在甘肃省妇幼保健院妇瘤科住院接受宫颈癌根治术的130例(Ia2-IIa1期)患者，其中观察组81例，患者术后接受中药封包联合盐酸坦洛新治疗；对照组49例，术后给予常规护理；术后14天通过测量首次残余尿量评估膀胱功能的恢复情况，记录观察组与对照组尿潴留发生率。结果： 观察组有6例、对照组有8例患者发生尿潴留，发生率分别为7.4%(6/81)、16.3%(8/49)。与对照组相比，观察组患者首次残余尿量比较少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中药封包联合药物盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊能促进广泛性子宫切除术后膀胱功能的恢复，能有效降低尿潴留的发生率。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical application value of TCM package and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained - release capsules in the treatment for urinary retention in cervical carcinoma patients after radical hysterectomy. Methods: All 130 patients hospitalized in department of gynecological tumor, Gansu Provincial Maternity and Child-care Hospital were collected from January, 2015 to January, 2017, who accepted radical hysterectomy (the stage of Ia2-IIa1), among them, 81 cases of the observation group were treated by TCM package and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained - release capsules after the surgery, 49 cases of the control group accepted conventional care after the surgery; the recovery of bladder function was assessed by measuring first residual urine volume 14 days after the operation, to record the incidences of urinary retention of the observation group and the control group. Results: Six cases in the observation group and eight cases in the control group were suffering from urinary retention, the incidences were 7.4%(6/81) and 16.3%(8/49). Compared with the control group, the observation group was les in first residual urine volume and the difference had significant meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM package and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained - release capsules could promote the recovery of bladder function after radical hysterectomy, and effectively reduce the incidence of urinary retention.
