摘要:
目的：观察远红外贴联合补肾活血方治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法：将良性前列腺增生症患者126例采用随机对照法随机分为试验组和对照组各63例，试验组远红外贴外敷联合补肾活血方口服治疗，对照组口服盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗，治疗12周后观察两组患者国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、前列腺体积、最大尿流率、残余尿量变化情况。结果：治疗后两组患者国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、最大尿流率、残余尿量均较治疗前下降(P＜0.05)，两组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；试验组前列腺体积较治疗前减小(P＜0.05)，对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：远红外贴联合补肾活血方治疗良性前列腺增生在减小前列腺体积方面疗效优于盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of far infrared patch joined with kidney-invigorating blood-activating prescription in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: By using randomized controlled trial (RCT), all 126 patients were randomized into the experiment group and the control group, 63 cases each group, the experiment group accepted far infrared patch for external application and oral administration of kidney-invigorating blood-activating prescription, and the control group took tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules orally, to observe international prostate symptom score, quality of life score, prostatic volume, maximum urinary flow rate and residual urine volume after treating for 12 weeks. Results: After treatment, international prostate symptom score, quality of life score, maximum urinary flow rate and residual urine volume reduced in both groups compared with before treating (P＜0.05), the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups (P＞0.05), prostatic volume of the experiment group reduced compared with before treating (P＜0.05), the difference had no statistical meaning in the control group before and after treating(P＞0.05), the difference had no statistical meaningbetween both groups after treating(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Far infrared patch joined with kidney-invigorating blood-activating prescription in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is superior to only tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules.
