摘要:
通过分析近年来相关文献,就芍药苷(peoniflorin,PF)对神经细胞的保护作用,抗脑缺血作用,对阿尔茨默病、痴呆、帕金森病等的防治作用,以及对改善学习记忆功能及情志障碍的作用进行阐述,旨在指导临床应用。
Abstract:
Paeoniflorin (PF) is the main active ingredient of materia medica Shaoyao (Chinese herbaceous peony), by analying the related literature in the recent years, protective effects of PF on nerve cells, its action against cerebral ischemia, therapeutic effects for Alzheimer's disease, dementia, Parkinson′s disease and others, as well as the effects of improving learning and memory function and emotional disorder were elucidated in order to guide clinical application.
