摘要:
按照不同的队列研究方法(前瞻性队列研究、回顾性队列研究、双向队列研究)对队列研究在中医冠心病方面的应用文献进行分类整理，总结归纳队列研究在中医药对冠心病终点事件的评价、疗效评价、不良反应评价、证候规律研究、病因研究的应用现状，以期为今后开展高质量的队列研究提供依据。
Abstract:
Through sorting and arranging the literature on the application of cohort study to TCM coronary heart disease (CHD) according to different methods of cohort study (prospective cohort study, retrospective cohort study and bi-directional cohort study), the application of cohort study to the assessment of CHD endpoint event; clinical effect evaluation, adverse reaction assessement, the study on the law of syndrome, eiological study were summarized and concluded in the wish of providing the reference for further launching high quality cohort study.
