摘要:
从构建和推广中医药健康服务标准化建设体系，形成全方位、周期覆盖的应用、复合型人才培养链，健全中医药健康服务体系的监管和评价体系，构建中医特色疾病预防、治疗及康复的健康管理体系，强化中医药健康服务体系多层次多渠道资金筹集机制，构建全链条、多领域协作的中医药健康服务产业链和创新驱动“互联网+”中医药健康服务体系等七个方面论述如何构建高效便捷的中医药医疗服务体系。
Abstract:
How to construct the efficient and convenient TCM medical service system are stated from seven aspects: constructing and spreading standardized construction system of TCM health service, forming a comprehensive and full cycle training chain of applied and compound talents, perfecting the supervision and evaluation system of TCM health service system, constructing health management system of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of TCM-featured disease, strengthening the multi-level and multi-channel fund raising mechanism of TCM health service system, building the whole chain and multi-field cooperation of TCM health service industry and building the whole chain and multi field cooperation of TCM health service industry chain, innovation-driven "internet plus" TCM health health service system and others.
