摘要:
通过中药促进创面愈合及中药止痛机制的研究探讨肛瘘术后中医的促愈机制，指出肛瘘疾病的特殊生理及发病位置使术后疼痛难愈成为影响患者治疗效果的重要因素，中医药以其独特的方式方法调节创面组织细胞因子的表达量，如调节转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor-β1，TGF-β1)、表皮生长因子(epiderneal growth factor，EGF)、白细胞介素2(interleukin-2，IL-2)、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6，IL-6)、环氧合酶2(cyclooxygenase，COX-2)以及神经肽P物质(substance P，SP)的含量来促进创面愈合，也可发挥阿片受体激动剂、非甾体类抗炎药以及局麻药的相似药理作用达到止痛效果。
Abstract:
The mechanism of TCM promoting healing after the operation of anal fistula was discussed from materia medica promoting wound healing and herbal analgesic mechanism, it was pointed out that special physiology and location of anal fistula disease make its difficulty of postoperative pain healing become the important factor of affecting the patients' therapeutic effects, TCM could regulate the expressions of cytokines in wound tissue with the unique way and method, such as regulating TGF-β1, EGF, IL-2, IL-6, COX-2 and the contents of SP, to promote wound healing, and it could exert analgesic effects through developing similar pharmacological effects of opioid agonists, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and local anesthetics.
