摘要:
目的：观察花仙宫血胶囊的止血、抗炎作用。方法：选择SD受孕大鼠50只制备功血模型，随机分为模型组，宫血宁胶囊组，花仙宫胶囊低、中、高剂量组；设10只健康大鼠为空白对照组，各组给予对应剂量药物灌胃。比较各组大鼠子宫出血量；应用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、冰醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透，进行抗炎试验。结果：花仙宫血胶囊高、中、低剂量组均能减少功血模型大鼠出血量，并能显著抑制小鼠耳肿胀；花仙宫血胶囊中、高剂量组对毛细血管的通透性增加有一定的降低作用。结论：花仙宫血胶囊具有良好的止血与抗炎作用。
Abstract:
To observe hemostatic and anti-inflammatory effects of Huaxian Gongxue capsules. Methods: Fifty pregnant SD rats were chosen, prepared into the models with dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB), and they were randomized into the model group, Gongxuening capsules group, low, moderate and high doses groups of Huaxian Gongxue capsules; ten healthy rats were set as blank control group, different groups were drenched with the corresponding dose of medicine. To compare uterine bleeding amount and peritoneal capillary permeability among different groups; anti-inflammatory test was performed after inducing ear swelling in mice with xylene, and capillary permeability with glacial acetic acid. Results: Low, moderate and high doses of Huaxian Gongxue capsules could reduce blood loss of rat model, and inhibit ear swelling of the mice significantly; moderate and high doses of Huaxian Gongxue capsules could relieve capillary permeability increase certainly. Conclusion: Huaxian Gongxue capsules own good hemostatic and anti-inflammatory effects.
