摘要:
目的：观察浮针配合肾关穴治疗急性肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将急性肩周炎患者90例采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组采用浮针配合肾关穴针刺治疗，对照组采用电针治疗。治疗14天后观察两组患者临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale，VAS)及肩关节活动(Melle)评分。结果：治疗组治疗后VAS疼痛评分及Melle评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；总有效率治疗组为93.3%(42/45)，对照组为86.7%(39/45)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：浮针配合肾关穴针刺治疗急性肩周炎在缓解疼痛、改善活动度方面优于电针治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey clinical effects of floating needle and Shenguan points in the treatment of acute scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods: Ninety patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method, 45 cases each group. The treatment group were treated by floating needle and Shenguan points, and the control group accepted electroacupuncture. To observe clinical effects, VAS scores and Melle scores of both groups 14 days after treating. Results: After treating, VAS scores and Melle scores of the treatment group were lower than these of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%(42/45), higher than 86.7%(39/45) of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Floating needle and Shenguan points are better than electroacupuncture in relieving pain and improving mobility in the treatment of acute scapulohumeral periarthritis.
