摘要:
目的完善中医戒毒理论的基本发展脉络，填补对于民国时期中医药期刊中的相关文献的研究空白。 方法以段逸山先生《中国近代中医药期刊汇编》为资料库，手工检索题目与鸦片、烟毒、罂粟等概念相关的文章，对其中相关内容进行汇总与分析。 结果鸦片从药到毒的发展历程伴随物质、性味改变和逐渐发现副作用、功效逐渐转变为消遣以及不同医家从中医、西医及中西贯通的角度对于鸦片烟瘾形成、毒瘾发作过程、戒后并病的病机病理的认识，主要包括中医从虚实、气血津液、阴阳、藏象辨证认识烟毒损害人体机理等方面。 结论民国时期在中医戒毒方面有许多新探索，至今仍具有历史和研究价值。
Abstract:
Objective: To improve basic development of TCM theory of decoxification and fill in the gap of the study on the related literature in TCM journal in the Republic of China. MethodsMr Duan Yishan’s collection of modern Chinese journals of TCM was selected as the database, the papers related to the concept of opium, narcotics, opium poppy and others were searched manually, the associated contents were gathered and analyzed. ResultsThe development of opium from medicine to drug accompanied by the changes of material, nature and flavor, gradually finding out side effects and the effects gradually transforming into pasttime; the understanding to the pathogenesis and the pathology to the complications after drug rehabilitation, the process of drug addiction and opium addiction were summarized from all the doctors’ perspectives of TCM, Western medicine and integrative medicine, mainly containing the mechanism of opium damage to human body from syndrome differentiation of deficiency and excess, Qi, blood and human fluid, Yin and Yang, viscera and others. ConclusionDuring the period of the Republic of China, many new explorations have been made in the field of decoxificatiion of TCM, and they possess the historical and research vaules up to now.
