摘要:
目的对自行编制的慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）中医“寒饮”证患者报告结局（cold and fluid syndrone-COPD-patient report outcome，CFS-COPD-PRO）量表进行信度、效度和可接受性评价。 方法利用自制的TCM-COPD-PRO量表在重庆市九龙坡区中医院6个科室进行调查，总计发放问卷325份，回收合格表格300份，进行最终量表信度、效度、可接受性等计量心理学特征评价。 结果CFS-COPD-PRO量表包含2个领域，共27个条目。表寒证领域和痰饮证领域的克朗巴赫α系数分别为：0.884、0.937，总量表0.956；验证性因子分析结果显示该量表具有较好的结构效度；调查表的回收率、有效率均达到90％以上。 结论CFS-COPD-PRO量表具有较高的信度、效度和可接受性。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo evaluate the reliability, validity and acceptability of the self-designed CFS-COPD-PRO. MethodsSelf-made TCM-COPD-PRO scale was used to perform the survey in six departments of Jiulongpo district TCM hospital, altogether 325 pieces questionnaires were distributed, and 300 qualified forms were recovered, consequently, to assess quantitative psychological characteristics including the reliability, validity and acceptability of the scales. ResultsCFS-COPD-PRO scales covered two fields, all 27 items, the Cronbach′s α coefficients of the external cold pattern field and phlegm-drink pattern field were 0.884 and 0.937, total scales 0.956; the results of confirmatory factor analysis displayed that the scale had good structural validity; the recovery rate and the effective rate of the questionnaire reached all above 90%. ConclusionCFS-COPD-PRO scale has high reliability, validity and acceptability.
