摘要:
通过总结王永炎、何建成、李如奎三位教授治疗帕金森病的临证经验，认为帕金森病在疾病发生和演化的过程中主要与肝、肾、脾关系密切，肝风内动是其最基本的病机，本虚标实是其病理性质。在临证时，应以中医病机为切入点，运用整体观念，通过辨证论治、对证用药、心理调护，以提高疗效。
Abstract:
Through summarizing professor Wang Yongyan, professor He Jiancheng and Li Rukui′s clinical experience in treating Parkinson′s disease(PD), (PD) is closely related to liver, kidney and spleen in the process of disease occurrence and evolution, endogenous liver wind agitation is the basic pathogenesis of the disease, deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality is the pathological nature of the disease. In clinical practice, we should take TCM pathogenesis as the breakthrough point, use the concept of holism, through syndrome differentiation and treatment, add symptomatic medication and psychological adjustment, which could achieve better clinical effects.
