摘要:
查询中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed数据库2008—2019年针推结合治疗膝骨关节炎（knee osteoar-thritis，KOA）相关临床及机制研究的文献，从推拿与不同针灸干预措施结合方面进行综述，指出推拿结合针灸可能通过抑制炎症反应，调节软骨代谢，促进物质循环等来改善症状，目前有关基础研究较少，机制尚不明确，具体针法作用疗效、临床研究的科学性及远期效应等方面仍待完善及探索。
Abstract:
By searching the relevant papers about the study on the mechanism and clinical study of massage and acupuncture in treating knee osteoarthritis between 2008 and 2019 from CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and PubMed database, the aspects of massage and different acupuncture intervention measures were reviewed, it is pointed out that massage and acupuncture could improve symptoms which might be through inhibiting inflammatory reaction, regulating cartilage metabolism, promoting material circulation, at present, the related basic studies are few, and the mechanism is unclear, it needs to be perfected and explored in these aspects such as the effects of specific needling, the scientificity and long term effect of clinical study, and others.
