摘要:
目的分析整理医案中脑胶质瘤的治疗用药规律。 方法以中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）中包含的2007年1月至2018年12月中医医家治疗脑胶质瘤的医案为数据源，通过频数分析、关联规则和系统聚类对医案进行数据挖掘，总结用药特点。 结果共纳入脑胶质瘤医案36篇55例，药物233味，出现频次≥10次的药物有36种，功效归类在前5味的为补虚、清热、化痰、活血、熄风。由25对二项关联及17组三项关联得出9味核心药物：半夏、全蝎、黄芪、天南星、石菖蒲、茯苓、川芎、蜈蚣、僵蚕。聚类分析得到6类药物聚类组。 结论脑胶质瘤的治疗药物以辛温、归肝脾经者为多，组方思路以扶助正气、清热解毒、活血化瘀、利湿化痰、平肝熄风为主。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze and collect the medication rules of treating brain glioma in medical cases. MethodsBased on the medical records of glioma treated by traditional Chinese medicine doctors from January 2007 to December 2018 contained in China journal full text database (CNKI), medical cases were unearthed by frequency analysis, association rules and systematic clustering to summarize the characteristics of medication. ResultsAll 36 articles, 55 cases of brain glioma and 233 kinds of drugs were included, there were 36 kinds of drugs with frequency of more than 10 times, the efficacy of the first five flavors is to tonify deficiency, clear heat, remove phlegm, promote blood circulation and calm liver-wind. Nine core drugs were obtained form 25 pairs of binomial association and 17 groups of three-items association: Banxia (Pinellia ternata), Quanxie (scorpion), Huangqi (Milkvetch Root), Nanxing (Arisaema heterophyllum Blume), Changpu (Acorus calamus L.), Fuling (Wolfiporia cocos), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.), Wugong (centipede) and Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus). Six drug clusters were obtained by cluster analysis. ConclusionMost of the drugs used in the treatment of glioma are pungent and warm and they belongs to liver and spleen meridians mostly, the thinking of the prescription is to strengthen healthy Qi, clear away heat and toxin, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, remove dampness and phlegm, calm the liver and wind principally.
