摘要:
目的为接骨木药材的现有质量标准研究提供更完善的检验依据。 方法按照2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》中薄层色谱实验方法考察接骨木齐墩果酸TLC条件,建立其薄层色谱鉴定方法,并测定水分及总灰分指标。 结果以环己烷-丙酮-乙酸乙酯(5∶2∶1)为展开剂,以齐墩果酸为对照品,用10%硫酸乙醇显色,105℃加热,在日光下检视,不同产地10批药材与齐墩果酸对照品在相同的位置上分离出一个相同的紫红色斑点;365 nm下,不同产地10批药材与齐墩果酸对照品在相同的位置上分离出一个相同的黄色荧光斑点。不同产地10批接骨木水分含量在2.8%~5.2%范围内,总灰分含量在0.8%~2.3%范围内。 结论该方法简便、数据准确、重复性良好,能为接骨木药材质量标准的建立提供参考依据。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide more perfect inspection basis for the research on the existing quality standard of Jiegumu (Williams Elder Twig). MethodsAccording to pharmacopoeia of the people's Republic of China (2015 Edition), the TLC conditions of oleanolic acid in Jiegumu were investigated to establish TLC identification method, determine the water content and total ash content. ResultsCyclohexane acetone ethyl acetate (5:2:1) was chosen as developing agent, oleanolic acid was used as the reference substance, through developing the color with 10% sulfuric acid ethanol, heated at 105℃ and examined in sunlight, ten batches of medicinal materials from different producing areas and oleanolic acid reference substance separated the same purplish red spot at the same position; ten batches of medicinal materials from different areas and oleanolic acid reference substance separated the same yellow fluorescent spot at the same position at 365 nm. The water content of 10 batches of Jiegumu from different producing areas ranged from 2.8% to 5.2%, and the total ash content ranged from 0.8% to 2.3%. ConclusionThe method, simple, accurate and reproducible, could provide a reference for the establishment of quality standard of Jiegumu.
