摘要:
陕西省名中医杨志宏教授认为头痛病主要由肝阳上亢、风痰、气滞所致；但应重视“虚实夹杂”的阴虚血瘀引起的头痛；治疗应遵循“疏上、清散、益下、活血”治则；对使用祛风、清热、补益、活血类药物治疗头痛有独特见解，对痰饮患者处方用药时擅加桂枝、细辛等辛温药以助痰饮得化。
Abstract:
Professor Yang Zhihong thinks that headache is caused by hyperactivity of liver Yang, wind-phlegm and qi stagnation; he pays attention to the headache caused by Yin deficiency and blood stasis of “deficiency mingled with excess”; he follows the principles of “dispersing the upper part, clearing away, benefiting the lower, activating blood”; he has his unique opinion in treating headache by the drugs of dispelling wind, clearing heat, tonifying and promoting blood circulation, he is good at adding the drugs of pungent in flavor and warm in property such as Guizhi, Xixin and other to resolve phlegm-turbidity when he treat the patients of phlegm pattern.
