摘要:
张从正作为“攻邪派”的代表人物主张以邪论病，继承并发展刘完素火热致消学说，提出消渴病“病因火生、证由火定”的论断，从“三邪理论”角度阐述消渴病因，进一步提出“三消当从火断”学说以及“趋火下行”的治疗方法，并将药攻与食补相结合，提出“下之”“调之”与食疗相结合的治法，在祛邪的基础上补益人体正气，形成一套完整的结构框架理论，丰富了消渴理论体系。
Abstract:
Zhang Congzheng as a representative of “attacking evil school”, advocated to treat the disease with the evil, he inherited and developed Liu Wansu’s theory of “fire-heat causing diabetes”, he put forward the judgement of fire causing diabetes and fire deciding the symptoms, he stated the causes of diabetes from the angle of “three-evil theory”, raised the theory of “the diabetes should be treated from fire” and therapeutic method of descending fire, combined medicinal attack with food supplementing, he proposed therapeutic method of combining “descending”, “regulating” and food therapy together, which could tonify healthy Qi on the foundation of eliminating the evil, it formed a complete frame theory and enriched theoretical system of diabetes.
